In terms of its international cooperation, the School adheres to a development path of “de-intermediation”, actively promoting direct university-to-university partnerships direct resource access, and direct service delivery.Direct cooperation between SUITC and overseas institutions streamlines procedures, improves program quality and service efficiency, allowing students to access high-quality overseas educational resources directly. A full-cycle management mechanism has been established, covering program selection, curriculum articulation, language training, further education guidance and overseas support, ensuring its international programs feature high-quality resources and thoughtful services.

The School follows a practical principle of faculty development prior to student training. It encourages teachers to participate in overseas study, academic visits, curriculum collaboration and joint program development. By gaining in-depth knowledge of overseas universities’ teaching systems, academic standards, training models and student support mechanisms, teachers can formulate targeted training plans and overseas study services. Well-versed in international academic norms, they are better positioned to help students adapt to overseas classrooms and academic environments.

Currently, the School has established long-term partnerships with 14 renowned universities across Malaysia, the UK, Hungary, Singapore, South Korea, Thailand, and the Netherlands. It offers multiple joint-degree programs including “3+1,”“3.5+0.5,”“2+1+1,” and “2+2+2” models, providing articulated pathways for diploma, undergraduate, and postgraduate students. Upon completion, students receive diplomas recognized by China’s Ministry of Education, laying a solid foundation for further study, career development, and global employment.

The School places strong emphasis on building an international faculty team. 95% of teachers have extensive overseas study, living, or international education experience, and 20% hold degrees from top-100 global universities. Foreign instructors, Korean language specialists, and faculty with overseas backgrounds jointly deliver language instruction, curriculum bridging, study planning, cultural adaptation support, and overseas academic guidance.

The School advances teaching, services, management, and development in an integrated manner. Throughout students’ entire journey of studying abroad, it provides comprehensive support including program consulting, pathway planning, language training, application guidance, visa assistance, pre-departure orientation, overseas transition, and follow-upassistance. It strive to upgrade its services from simply “sending students abroadt” to a model of “getting them onto the path, escorting them along the way, and staying connected.” The School also actively organizes overseas university presentations, international cultural events, short-term study tours, overseas research programs, and language practice activities, continuously enhancing students’ foreign language proficiency, cross-cultural communication skills, and global competence.
